WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CloudMan clients via telephone, email, ticket and web conferencing.
- Lead and Manage others Junior Technical Support to provide 24×7
- Research and troubleshoot customer problems and inquiries.
- Maintain strong customer rapport and excellent, timely communication.
- Contribute to documentation to build CloudMan knowledge base.
- Communicate effectively with Sales Representatives.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
- 1+ years’ professional as Support Engineer / System Administrator
- 2+ years customer support with demonstrated problem resolution skills
- Strong experience in web hosting , Cpanel
- Server administration experience in a Linux environment desired (Centos, Redhat, Ubuntu)
- Experience in Cloud or AWS is BIG Plus
- Strong Networking background desired.
